Pods

Each pod, Bilbo, Frodo and Gandalf are sited individually in a small clearing set in the woodland giving you your own personal space.  The pods comprise of a spacious sleeping and living area and separate luxury on-suite.  All pods are insulated with local sheep’s wool keeping them very cosy. 

The centrally heated living space comprises of a velux, luxury double bed, futon, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining table.  Whilst the en-suite offers shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and hair dryer. 

Outside a private veranda awaits where you can enjoy an al-fresco breakfast or sundowner G&T’s whilst taking in views of the imposing Boulsworth Hill, surrounding forest and the sounds of the nearby river.   

Situated close to the pods are private barbeque and fire pit areas.

Bedding and towels are included but fuel for the BBQ and firepits are extra.  A futon provides a relaxing space whilst offering a bed for singles if needed.  The kitchenette comprises, sink, gas hob, oven and grill with fridge and freezer box.  These are full equipped with crockery and utensils.  As the sites are partially off grid the only power available is USB points for rechargeable devices.  Full lighting in pods and outside.  Key safe lock outside to gain entry.
